PROBLEMS ORDERING?:
If you are having problems ordering, such as being unable to add multiple items to your shopping cart, please check your browser security settings and make certain that cookies are enabled.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money orders and
pre-printed personal checks. Only credit cards can be accepted for on-line
ordering. Personal checks must be drawn on a United States bank.
FOREIGN ORDERS:
All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. All videos are available only in NTSC format.
SHIPPING:
We will ship anywhere on the planet. All orders are usually shipped within
24 to 48 hours. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received.
Orders are usually shipped via first class mail. When ordering more than
one video we will ship via Priority Mail.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR U.S:
$5.00 for one VHS tape / $5.00 for one DVD. $3.00 for each VHS tape / $3.00 for each DVD when ordering more than one.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CANADA:
$5.00 for one VHS tape / $5.00 for one DVD. $5.00 for each VHS tape / $5.00 for each DVD when ordering more than one.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR FOREIGN ORDERS:
$9.00 for one VHS tape / $7.00 for one DVD. $9.00 for each VHS tape / $7.00 for each DVD when ordering more than one.
All foreign orders are shipped individually and without labels. All packages are hand written and
all paperwork is mailed separately from the order.
EXPRESS SERVICE:
If you are in a hurry, we can express your order to you via Federal Express
Overnite; Next Afternoon; or 2 Day service. We also offer UPS next day or 2
day service. These services cost additional and will be billed to you at
our cost. Express order requests must be received prior to 2:00 p.m.,
Pacific Coast time.
BACK ORDERS:
There are none. We duplicate everything in house and keep all of our titles
in stock.
RETURNS:
Can-Am will not accept returns for any reason unless the video is defective
or the incorrect item was sent to you in error. In the event this should
happen please contact our customer service department for assistance, and
